Effective date: September 30, 2026. Publisher: Berger & Berger Global Enterprises Corp.
Afterglow is an Apple Messages game collection. It has no Afterglow account. Design choices, sound settings, progress and local practice stay on your device. Turn-based cards are sent through Apple Messages. Online modes connect to the publisher’s Cloudflare-hosted game service; the game service does not receive your contacts or conversation text.
Online games. Random room credentials and game records allow players to join, play, score and reconnect. Depending on the game, records include rules, decks and hands, recipes, moves, scores, ready and connection status, timestamps and rematch requests. Opponents receive public game information; private hands and uncommitted choices are handled according to each game’s rules. Cloudflare also processes network information to operate and protect the service.
The current service’s detailed privacy notice describes each online mode, active-room expiry, provider recovery copies and choices: https://afterglow-burger-live.tolga-730.workers.dev/privacy. That notice forms the online-service portion of this policy. Apple manages Messages cards and its App Store and TestFlight services under its own terms. Removing Afterglow does not remove cards previously sent through Messages.
Star Catch. Star Catch is in development. The present local preview includes solo and assisted practice; live invitations are not enabled yet. These practice modes do not connect to a Star Catch service. The online-service policy will be updated before live Star Catch is enabled.
This support website. Cloudflare hosts these static pages and processes connection information, including IP addresses and request information, to deliver and protect them. This website has no account form, advertising, analytics script, or embedded third-party content. Cloudflare may process operational and security logs under its own privacy policy (https://www.cloudflare.com/privacypolicy/); we do not promise a fixed provider retention period.
Contacting support. Email to support@bergerandbergerglobal.com is handled through Google Workspace and the Support Google Group and delivered to the publisher’s business inbox. We receive your sender address, message and any attachments you choose to send, and use them to investigate and respond to your request. Authorized company users may access support correspondence under the organization’s group permissions. Do not send passwords, verification codes, private conversations, books or backups unless specifically needed and requested. Contact the same address to request deletion of support correspondence; we will explain any applicable limits rather than promise complete erasure of provider backups or records we must retain. No fixed support-email retention period is promised here.
Questions and changes. Contact support@bergerandbergerglobal.com for privacy questions. We update this notice when app features or data handling change. Independently operated websites, Apple services, Cloudflare and Google have their own privacy terms.
