Create or recover your kingdom
Choose Continue with Apple, name your kingdom and choose Riverlands or Woodland. Use the same Apple account to recover the same kingdom. Signing out preserves it.
Workshop or delivery is paused
Check Stored, Held and Room. Held space includes reservations and trading commitments. Listing or cancelling an offer does not itself create receiving space; a confirmed completed sale releases the sold stock.
Find purchased goods
Capital purchases remain at that capital’s warehouse. Moving them to your town requires a separate freight journey. Check the journey and arrival information before expecting goods in your home inventory.
Reset or delete an account
Start a new kingdom resets progress while retaining the account, saved towns and safety settings. Delete account is a separate action in Settings. Completed trades, historical copies and temporary backups have exceptions described in the game privacy notice.
Safety and trading
Use the in-game safety controls to block a town or submit a report. Blocks preserve previously paid commitments. A report receipt confirms receipt and does not promise a review or response.
