Your library on your device. Yomori stores saved books, selected vocabulary, meanings and notes, review schedules, reading/audio positions, bookmarks, pronunciation corrections and imported audio in its local app storage. There is no Yomori sign-in or publisher-operated cloud synchronization. The publisher has no remote access to this local library through the app.
Backups and deletion. You choose where exported backup files go and whether to share them; a chosen cloud/files provider may receive that file. Device backups depend on your Apple settings. Vocabulary entries can be deleted in Vocabulary; bookmarks can be removed in a story's Contents. The current library menu does not provide a book-delete or global erase command. Deleting the app, rather than offloading it, removes its local container; exported copies and system/cloud backups must be managed separately. Export anything you wish to keep before deletion. We cannot remotely erase a library we do not receive.
Network features you choose. Optional kanji/dictionary requests contact kanjiapi.dev with the selected character or lookup path and ordinary connection metadata. Source-site reading and URL import contact the selected website and, for embedded pages, may load that site's cookies, advertisements and other resources. Those operators control their own retention and use. Avoid opening online features if you wish to use only local content. The website or service operator controls its own handling of these requests.
Apple language features. Available Apple translation and language features provide optional translation and learning assistance. Processing and resource downloads depend on the supported feature and Apple/device settings. Apple services are governed by Apple's policies and your device settings.
Story production and audio. Original stories, illustrations and saved narration use AI assistance during publisher production. ElevenLabs generation is a separate Mac publishing workflow. The iOS app does not send your private library to ElevenLabs and bundled playback makes no generation request. Imported audio remains local unless you choose to export or share it.
Tracking and diagnostics. The app has no publisher-operated analytics, advertising or tracking SDK and requests no tracking permission. Embedded third-party sites can have their own advertising/tracking behavior. Apple may handle App Store/TestFlight diagnostics and feedback according to its services and your settings. A required-reason privacy manifest accompanies app storage/file operations; it does not describe every third-party website.
Optional reminders. In versions that support review reminders, they are off by default and scheduled locally on your device. Turn them off in Library options or iPhone Settings.
This support website. Cloudflare hosts these static pages and processes connection information, including IP addresses and request information, to deliver and protect them. This website has no account form, advertising, analytics script, or embedded third-party content. Cloudflare may process operational and security logs under its own privacy policy (https://www.cloudflare.com/privacypolicy/); we do not promise a fixed provider retention period.
Contacting support. Email to support@bergerandbergerglobal.com is handled through Google Workspace and the Support Google Group and delivered to the publisher’s business inbox. We receive your sender address, message and any attachments you choose to send, and use them to investigate and respond to your request. Authorized company users may access support correspondence under the organization’s group permissions. Do not send passwords, verification codes, private conversations, books or backups unless specifically needed and requested. Contact the same address to request deletion of support correspondence; we will explain any applicable limits rather than promise complete erasure of provider backups or records we must retain. No fixed support-email retention period is promised here.
